Removing the risk and creating benefits for partner landlords.

There are a lot of property owners who have a personal and moral interest in helping house people who simply need a second chance. But they’re also running a business, and navigating housing assistance programs or support for tenants can feel daunting.

Home for All’s Affordable Housing Incentive Program (AHIP) makes affordable housing easier to navigate.

• Our program helps simplify the process and provide support to landlords and property managers from the application process through the length of tenancy.

• We provide a slate of financial incentives and programmatic resources to landlords who enroll rental units into AHIP.

Become a steward of housing stability.

• Learn more about the benefits of, and consider accepting Housing Choice Vouchers and other existing subsidy programs.

• Consider set aside units earmarked for affordability based on 40%-60% of the area median income.

• Work directly with one Home for All’s partners to move individuals and families from homelessness to permanent housing.

• Advocate for policy and financial incentives to accepting Housing Choice Vouchers.

• Learn more about area resources to assist in resolving tenant conflicts before eviction becomes unavoidable.
