Rental property owners and landlords have an opportunity to play a pivotal role in ending homelessness in the Greater Seacoast. Home for All hosts periodic educational sessions for property owners/managers/landlords to learn more about concrete solutions they can implement to help eradicate homelessness in our communities.  Please check out our upcoming events or contact us for more information on the topics below:

• Participate in Home for All’s Affordable Housing Incentive Program, which provides financial and programmatic resources to landlords who choose to work with one of our partner shelters to move an individual or family into permanent, affordable housing.

• Learn more about the benefits of, and consider accepting Housing Choice Vouchers and other existing subsidy programs

• Consider set aside units earmarked for affordability based on 40%-60% of the area median income

• Work directly with one of our Home for All shelter partners to move individuals and families from homelessness to permanent housing

• Advocate for policy and financial incentives to accepting Housing Choice Vouchers

• Learn more about area resources to assist in resolving tenant conflicts before eviction becomes unavoidable
